BioMAT uses infrared heating and gem-crystal therapy; typically safe but not for pregnancy, active fever, open wounds, or those with implanted electronic devices. We screen clients during intake and recommend alternatives or medical clearance when needed.
For most conditions we recommend HRLT two to three times per week for the first four to six weeks, then taper to weekly or as-needed maintenance. Frequency depends on the condition, severity, and your response; your therapist will create a tailored schedule during consultation.
