Service sequence and timing
This service is delivered as an 80 minutes session priced at $160 and follows a set sequence: a 20-minute foot soak followed by a 50mins focused reflexology massage on the feet and lower legs. The soak prepares skin and senses; the massage addresses tension and circulation in the feet and calves within the allotted time.
During the 50mins foot-and-leg portion, the therapist works along the feet and lower legs using pressure, stretches, and gliding strokes tailored to your comfort level. Pressure and technique are chosen for each client during intake; you and the therapist will agree on pressure, pace, and any areas to avoid before the massage begins.
Soak details and aromatherapy
The introductory soak lasts 20 minutes with Epsom Salt and Doterra pre-blended aromatherapy oils selected for scent and client preference. The soak’s role is to warm and soften the skin, carry light aromatics into the treatment environment, and create a sensory transition before manual work begins. Clients remove shoes and jewelry before soaking for comfort and safety.
You may choose from the available Doterra pre-blended options at check-in; therapists will note any sensitivities. If you have known skin reactions, please disclose them before the soak. Water temperature and soak time are adjusted for comfort, and the therapist will dry and prepare the feet and lower legs before the 50mins massage portion starts.
Local scheduling and context
The Mind Body Experience operates in downtown Raeford near Prospect Avenue and the Hoke County Courthouse, offering evening and weekend slots that suit commuters headed to Fort Liberty or Fayetteville. Appointments are timed to fit before or after local errands, courthouse visits, school activities, and community events so clients from Raeford, Lumber Bridge, St. Pauls, Parkton, Hope Mills and Fayetteville can plan conveniently.
Seasonality affects demand: November, December, and January are busiest months because clients often seek warming relaxation during cooler weather and stress relief around the holidays. If you prefer quieter times, consider booking outside those months or using evening/weekend options to align with family and shift-work schedules common in the area.
