Your session begins with a brief intake and movement assessment. Practitioners use gentle, non-invasive manual techniques and subtle bone adjustments while you remain comfortably clothed. Sessions end with self-care guidance; many clients notice immediate release or mild soreness that resolves within days.

SeiTai is generally safe for chronic conditions and older adults when adapted to individual needs. We perform a thorough assessment, modify techniques for frailty or medical issues, and consult with your healthcare provider when necessary to ensure safe, effective care.

Treatment frequency varies by condition severity. Acute issues often improve after one to three sessions; chronic patterns typically require a series of three to six weekly sessions followed by monthly maintenance. Your practitioner will recommend a personalized plan during assessment.

Normal sensations include warmth, gentle loosening, mild soreness or fatigue, and occasional emotional release. These effects generally resolve within 24–72 hours. Drink water, rest as needed, and contact us if pain worsens or unusual symptoms develop.

Wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows movement; you usually remain clothed. Remove jewelry and arrive hydrated. Avoid heavy meals just before your appointment. We offer 60- and 90-minute sessions and will advise any additional preparation at booking.

SeiTai focuses on whole-body balance and subtle bone alignment rather than only muscle kneading or forceful spinal manipulation. It’s generally gentler than chiropractic adjustments and more structurally focused than typical relaxation massage, addressing root causes and encouraging the body's self-regulation.
