Classes are designed for newborns through around 12 months, with techniques adapted for younger or older infants. For preterm babies or medical concerns, consult your pediatrician first and inform the instructor so we can modify movements and ensure safety.
No prior experience is necessary; sessions are beginner-friendly and led by a trained instructor who demonstrates safe, gentle techniques. You'll practice with your own baby, receive step-by-step guidance, and gain confidence through supportive, hands-on feedback.
Bring a towel or blanket, a change of clothes for baby, your preferred baby oil if desired (we provide hypoallergenic options), diapers, and a feeding or soothing item. Arrive when baby is calm and mildly awake for best participation.
You will receive a participation certificate recognizing completion of our workshop for parents. This is not a professional license; it does not authorize you to massage other children for compensation. The certificate celebrates your learning and connection with your own baby.
Sessions typically run 60 to 90 minutes, allowing time for demonstration, hands-on practice, questions, and bonding. Small group sizes ensure individual attention; private sessions may be scheduled for families needing extra time or personalized guidance.
Yes—partners, grandparents, and caregivers are encouraged to attend. Learning together supports consistent care and strengthens family bonds. Please register additional attendees in advance so we can accommodate space and provide individualized instruction for all participants.
