Yes. For the 1-hour service you may select a back mask or foot mask. In the 90-minute option you choose between a back scrub or foot scrub. Tell your therapist which you prefer when booking or at check-in.
Refresh can help ease chronic tension, but please disclose medical history and current injuries before booking. Therapists can modify techniques, avoid sensitive areas, or recommend alternative treatments to ensure safety and effectiveness.
Wear comfortable clothing and arrive hydrated. Avoid heavy meals right before your session. Communicate pressure preferences and any areas to avoid. Allow a few minutes before and after to check in and let your body adjust to the treatment.
Many clients notice immediate relaxation and reduced tension that can last days. Stretching and exfoliation support ongoing mobility and skin health. Regular sessions amplify results; therapists can suggest a follow-up schedule based on your goals and response.
Absolutely. Therapists check preferences at the start, adjust pressure throughout, and avoid or modify work over injuries or sensitive zones. Communicate openly during the session to ensure comfort, and we’ll adapt techniques to meet your therapeutic needs.
