Our Packages include 60-minute Classical Relaxation and Classical Deep Tissue treatments. Choose 3-session ($300), 5-session ($500) or 10-session ($1000) bundles. Ten-session purchasers receive an additional 11th session free. Packages are prepaid and redeemable per our scheduling policy.
To redeem, reserve your appointment online or by phone and mention your package at booking. We track sessions under your client account, deducting each visit. Bring confirmation on arrival; credit is applied automatically when you select the package session type.
Packages generally expire 12 months from purchase to encourage regular care. Peak dates may require advance booking — they aren’t typically blocked off, but schedule early. Contact us if you need an extension for medical reasons; we’ll review exception requests individually.
Package sessions may be transferred to immediate family members with prior notice and manager approval. They are non-refundable. Transfers require the recipient to create a client account so sessions can be tracked and redeemed under our standard terms.
Packages are non-refundable once purchased, but we can offer account credit or transfers in special circumstances. Refunds are only considered for documented medical reasons within a limited timeframe. Contact our front desk to discuss options and required documentation.
