Stand-up tanning is generally safe when used properly. We provide eye protection and recommend consulting your physician if you take photosensitizing medications or have skin conditions. Start with shorter sessions and follow aftercare to minimize irritation and overexposure.

Shower and exfoliate, avoid lotions or perfumes that block UV absorption, remove makeup and jewelry, and wear provided eye protection. If using topical products, follow manufacturer guidance. Arrive a few minutes early for orientation and timing adjustments.

For building color, 2–3 sessions per week is common, reducing to weekly maintenance once desired shade is reached. Always allow skin recovery between exposures and follow staff guidance. Monthly packages limit sessions to ten minutes; plan frequency accordingly.
